Coyote Ridge Irish Mocha

Ingredients

1 cup milk

2 shots White Coyote Blond Espresso or 1/2 cup Whiskey Barrel Guatemalan coffee

1 tablespoon Irish cream syrup

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

1 shot whiskey (1½ oz)

 

Instructions

Steam milk, chocolate sauce, and syrup together. Pour into a tall glass or mug and add espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the mocha.

 

Christmas on The Ridge Spiced Coffee

Ingredients

For the spiced creamer:

2 cups half and half

2 cinnamon sticks

5 whole cloves

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cocktail:

1 cup Christmas on The Ridge Holiday Blend coffee

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur

1 oz butterscotch schnapps

1 oz dark creme de cocoa

2 tablespoons half & half

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, add the half and half, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a light boil, lower the heat slightly and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves but save to serve with the coffee cocktail. Store leftover creamer in the fridge.

To make the cocktail, pour 1 cup of Christmas on The Ridge Holiday Blend (brewed by method of your choosing) into a mug, followed by the Kahlua, butterscotch schnapps, and the creme de cocoa. Stir to combine. Add desired amount of the spiced creamer and stir again. Top with whipped cream and reserved spices if desired. Enjoy! 

 

Golden Hour Caramel Martini

Ingredients

1 shot Gold Nugget 6 Bean espresso

1 oz caramel liqueur

1 oz spiced rum

1 oz half-and-half

Caramel sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg for garnish

 

Instructions

Brew a shot of Gold Nugget 6 Bean Espresso. Cool slightly. In a cocktail shaker add espresso, caramel liqueur, spiced rum, and half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass and drizzle with caramel sauce and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.

 

Peppermint Snowfall Mocha Martini

Ingredients

1 shot White Coyote Blonde Espresso

1 oz Peppermint Schnapps

1 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz vodka

2 oz milk or cream

Small candy cane for stir stick garnish 

Instructions

Brew shot of espresso and let it cool. In a glass tumbler filled with ice, combine espresso, peppermint schnapps, coffee liqueur, vodka, and milk or cream. Stir gently to mix and add candy cane garnish as a stir stick.

 

Vanilla Bean Gold Nugget Martini

Ingredients

1 shot Gold Nugget 6 Bean Espresso

1 oz vodka

¼ tsp vanilla

1 oz Kahlua liqueur

Frothed or steamed milk

 

*If you want a creamier version, add a splash of cream. 

Instructions

Brew Gold Nugget 6 Bean Espresso and let cool (this will avoid melting the ice).

In a shaker, add a generous handful of ice, espresso, vodka, vanilla, and coffee liqueur (and optional splash of cream) with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Top with frothed or steamed milk and garnish with a split vanilla bean or float three coffee beans if desired.
