Celebrate the holiday season with two delicious Christmas latte recipes! These festive drinks combine warm, seasonal flavors to bring cozy holiday cheer in every sip. Perfect for enjoying by the fire or sharing with friends, these lattes are sure to become seasonal favorites.
Gingerbread Latte
Syrup (enough for 6-9 lattes)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add water, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, molasses, and vanilla extract. Bring to a low boil. Stir occasionally while allowing syrup to simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and transfer syrup to a heat-safe container.
Store in the refrigerator. Shake well before each use to mix any settled spices at the bottom of the container.
Latte (1 mug)
2 shots White Coyote Blonde Espresso
2 tablespoons of gingerbread syrup
1 cup milk for steaming
Whipped cream (optional)
Place 2 tablespoons of gingerbread syrup in a cup. Brew 2 shots of White Coyote Blonde Espresso in the method of your choice and pour over syrup. Add steamed milk and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
Almond Rosemary Latte
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 rosemary sprigs
8 ounces Christmas on The Ridge Holiday Blend Coffee
1 tablespoon sugar (or sweetener of choice)
Ground rosemary (optional)
Instructions – Rosemary-infused milk
(This batch is enough to make about 6 lattes)
Combine milk and rosemary sprigs. Simmer on low heat for 12 minutes.
Remove the rosemary sprigs and place rosemary-infused milk in the refrigerator.
Latte Instructions
Brew 8 ounces of Christmas on The Ridge Holiday Blend Coffee using your favorite brewing method.
Stir in 2 teaspoons 1 tablespoon of sugar. Remove 1/4 cup of the rosemary milk from the refrigerator and froth. Add frothed milk to drink Sprinkle with ground rosemary and enjoy!
